People whose internalized beliefs and values place them at Level 1 tend to feel they have no choice of action, no capability to determine their own lives. They feel victims of their environment.
They are reactive, and have relinquished integrity and responsibility for their own being.
They cling to preconceptions of security; they settle for survival.
If life were a movie, such a person would be playing a bit part in his own life.
